Mission Statement: The Northwest Ohio Great Lakes Construction Alliance aims to establish Ohio and its neighboring states as the premier region in the world for businesses to construct and maintain facilities. NWOGLCA sets the highest standards for ethics, safety, quality, productivity, training and customer service.

The NWOGLCA is an owner-driven group which facilitates discussion with labor and management to address needs owners have in contructing and maintaining facilities. We have working policies and programs associated with absenteeism, substance abuse, and safety. We've implemented our Code of Excellence which includes a scorecard system allowing us to quantify the effectiveness of our policies and programs. NWOGLCA labor and management truly want the same thing owners demand: zero injuries and incidents as well as project delivery on-time without exceeding the budget.
