Labor/Management Groups
Labor/Management Groups will be classified as GLCA Associate Members and will be eligible to attend only those meetings to which Associate Members are invited. GLCA dues will be identical to dues paid by other Associate Members.

Public Organizations
Organizations are eligible for membership in GLCA if the organization provide services or assistance to further the objectives of GLCA. The nature of the services will he delineated at the time the membership application is considered. No such group will be denied access solely on the inability to pay monetary dues.
